By accessing and using the Brandcey platform, you explicitly agree to be bound by this Intellectual Property Policy. If you do not agree to every single provision of this document, you must immediately cease use of the platform and delete your account.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Brandcey, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of this Intellectual Property Policy.
If any provision of this Intellectual Property Policy is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
This Intellectual Property Policy, along with our Privacy Policy and other referenced documents, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Brandcey regarding the specific subject matter discussed herein.
Brandcey's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Intellectual Property Policy will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.
